I have been training with Ken Smith for over 15 years. He combines Personal Training with nutrition to ensure that personal goals are met. He is incredibly knowledgeable, so much so that a few years ago when I was having pain in my arm, I gave him the MRI report. Ken knew the stretching and strengthening exercises that I needed to heal. I went to Kenny, instead of a physical therapist and I felt better quickly. Ken teaches his clients the correct way to train, and pushes just enough to make sure that his clients get the most out of each session. Ken is kind, and is always a pleasure to train with. His sessions are certainly not boring and sometimes I wonder how he comes up with some exercises, but everything is for good reason, and always beneficial. I highly recommend Ken Smith. He will ensure results.

Ken is the most knowledgeable trainer I know! I have been training with Ken for over 10 years, including my daughters and Husband.
